When I work from US, I always thinks that getting the project is the most challenging aspect of the company. As a startup , I focused on getting the projects. As the company grows , I see execution a challenging aspect and equally important as winning the project.

As a part of facing the challenge, I asked myself some question.

1) Can I consider myself organized enough to execute my activities?

2) Do I take the decision based on emotions or facts?

3) Do I have the courage to take strong decisions?

4) Can I accept mistakes and take corrective actions?

If you can answer the below questions positively, you passed the basics of execution.

Network Administrator – Quick Study and Enthusiasm. Computers still scare most people. People who support computers in an office can create anxiety by reinforcing technology-based insecurities among employees.

We are stunned by the fact that most of students who attend out interviews have no idea about those projects. At the same time, they have not learned any new technologies.

Below are the project technologies that help students to get placed in IT Sector

1)      PHP with a well known CMS and Shopping cart. E.g. : Virtual Mart, Joomla, Magento etc

2)      Mobile technology in Android or Symbian
